Position Description: CGI is seeking a highly skilled Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support an SAP S/4HANA financial management system implementation for a large government contract. The Senior OCM Consultant will lead the OCM team to develop, conduct, and manage change management activities across several federal agencies. This includes working with clients to assess their change needs, developing and implementing change management strategies and plans, measuring the success of change initiatives, and collaborating with related training efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management principles and practices, as well as experience working with federal stakeholders.
This position is located in one of CGI Federal's offices in Fairfax, VA; Lebanon, VA; Lafayette, LA; or Knoxville, TN. A hybrid working model is acceptable, and you will be required to work onsite in a CGI Federal office two days per week.
Your future duties and responsibilities:• Lead and manage organizational change management activities in support of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA financial management system implementation for a federal government client.
• Serve as the Senior OCM practitioner, acting as deputy to the OCM Director and representing the OCM team in client and stakeholder meetings.
• Assist in the development and execution of change management strategies to support successful user adoption.
• Lead and conduct Change Impact Analyses across multiple functional design teams.
• Conduct hands-on assessments to identify organizational risks and opportunities.
• Lead leadership alignment and executive sponsorship activities, including developing sponsor engagement plans and executive-level briefing materials.
• Build, activate, and sustain a change agent network.
• Lead the design and administration of ADKAR-based change readiness assessments, pulse surveys, and the change scorecard.
• Identify, monitor, and manage stakeholder resistance throughout the project lifecycle, developing targeted resistance mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with functional design teams in agile design and build workshops to capture process change impacts.
• Measure and report on the success of change activities by developing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide support to clients throughout the change process.
• Partner with team members, key stakeholders, and business leaders to assess, understand, evaluate, and document key dependencies.
• Mentor and coach peer-level or mid-level change management consultants.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:• Due to contract requirements, U.S. citizenship and successful completion of a CGI background check are required prior to the start of work. Candidates must also have the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD/Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in change management or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in federal government ERP or financial management system implementation(s).
• Strong experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience developing and executing change management strategies and plans to support successful user adoption.
• Demonstrated experience leading Change Impact Analyses across multiple functional areas.
• Strong understanding of organizational design concepts and the ability to identify organizational impacts of system and process changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop executive-level briefing materials and OCM deliverables.
• Experience designing and administering change readiness assessments.
• Experience working with clients and internal teams, following an agile methodology, to understand business requirements and assess change impacts.
• Ability to identify anticipated points of resistance and lead the team in developing specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
• Experience building and activating change agent networks in a federal government environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Jira or equivalent agile project management tools.
Desired qualifications:
• PROSCI certification or equivalent change management certification.
• Master's degree or PMP certification.
• SAP OCM experience.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $194,000.00.
