We are seeking an experienced
Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to partner directly with customers and technical teams to design and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining
business analysis, Salesforce configuration, implementation, and stakeholder management.
You'll translate business challenges into actionable requirements, configure Salesforce solutions, guide implementations through go-live, and help customers maximize adoption and business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand business processes, goals, challenges, and functional requirements.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, discovery workshops, system demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and prioritized capabilities.
- Configure Salesforce and AppExchange solutions to support approved business requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
- Support testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, go-live, and post-production activities.
- Manage assigned deliverables and timelines while partnering with project leadership to maintain scope and budget.
- Conduct Salesforce end-user training and support adoption across customer organizations.
- Analyze complex business challenges and recommend creative, scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise business systems.
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience.
- Experience creating user stories, documenting process flows, and translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Experience leading requirements workshops, UAT, training, go-live, and implementation activities.
- Experience managing project deliverables against established scope, budget, and timelines.
- Understanding of Apex and Visualforce capabilities.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Loader or similar data management tools.
- Knowledge of Agile and enterprise implementation methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
- Experience with additional Salesforce products such as Experience Cloud/Community Cloud or CPQ.
- Experience coordinating external consultants or implementation partners.
- Broader experience across the Salesforce ecosystem and AppExchange solutions.
