Job Description

The Senior Brand Strategy Specialist leads development and execution of strategic brand, partnership, content, and integrated marketing initiatives that enhance audience engagement, organizational reputation, and business outcomes. This role applies advanced knowledge of branding, partner marketing, content strategy, audience insights, and digital communications to solve complex business challenges. The incumbent independently manages significant projects, provides strategic recommendations, and serves as a key partner to stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional teams.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead development and execution of integrated brand, partnership and content strategies.
  • Develop strategic messaging frameworks and storytelling approaches for complex initiatives.
  • Manage large-scale campaigns and partnerships from research and planning through execution and performance measurement.
  • Analyze market trends, audience insights, and performance data to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate internal and external resources.
  • Provide recommendations on brand positioning, communication strategies, and audience engagement.
  • Facilitate planning sessions and stakeholder workshops to align priorities and objectives.
