Senior Brand Manager (PAIN)

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join a team of passionate marketers! You will be a pivotal driver in shaping strategy and driving execution across a range of promotional and educational efforts for our Neuroscience business.
Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate deep understanding of disease state, market dynamics, patient and provider journey, customer insights, and competitive landscape
• Drive strategically aligned development, execution, and measurement of HCP tactics through agency and close cross-functional collaboration
• Manage the promotional approval process of materials through collaboration with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory partners
• Collaborate with Sales Training team to maximize on-strategy education and engagement opportunities
• Oversee National Sales Meeting from strategic planning through meeting execution
• Act as key sales force liaison and thought partner
• Challenge the status quo by delivering fresh perspectives on the business
• Demonstrate high sense of urgency and project management excellence to plan, execute, and optimize
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required; Marketing discipline preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience required; commercial marketing experience strongly preferred. Experience in Psychiatry and Mood Disorders strongly preferred
• Demonstrated skills in the following: brand marketing, social/digital marketing, critical and strategic thinking, project management and tactical execution, ability to master scientific data, analytical thinking, financial and budget management
• Proven experience identifying, developing, measuring and optimizing lead management funnels and initiatives
• Ability to manage cross functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex, multi-faceted data to identify and validate strategic goals
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently, with a sense of urgency and a strong attention to detail
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Well versed in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
The range of starting base pay for this role is 128K-175K. Actual starting pay will be based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education and location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for participation in either (i) our annual bonus program or (ii) a sales incentive plan.
