We're Looking For A: Senior Brand Manager
Location: Hybrid (El Segundo, CA and/or Burbank/North Hollywood, CA)
What You'll Be Doing: The Senior Brand Manager drives growth and strategy across scaled brands while sponsoring emerging brands. This role provides P&L ownership, executive-level guidance, and oversight of brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with revenue goals, customer engagement, and long-term brand value. The Senior Brand Manager also oversees talent, including veterinarians and celebrity partners and may manage an Assistant Brand Manager.
- Drive scaled and emerging brand strategy, set channel goals, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Own P&L, set revenue targets, track performance, and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Lead major brand initiatives, campaigns, product launches, and website strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
- Oversee product pipeline strategy, stage-gate approvals, and launches, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and margin targets.
- Serve as primary liaison for talent, managing approvals, contracts, shoots, and creative deliverables.
- Approve brand content, messaging, architecture, and visual identity across channels to ensure consistency and quality.
- Guide customer engagement strategies, optimizing onboarding, retention, loyalty, and subscription performance (CVR, AOV, LTV).
- Mentor and manage Assistant Brand Managers, fostering team alignment, professional growth, and execution excellence.
- Collaborate with retail, supply chain, CX, acquisition, PR, and social teams to maximize brand reach, awareness, and operational alignment.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance trends, and provide actionable insights to drive brand growth.

The base salary range is $128,000-$180,000, plus bonus potential.
