Full Job Description
About the Role

As a Senior Associate on the DoorDash for Business Large Group Orders team, you will develop the go-to-market strategy and onboarding experience for enterprise customers and merchant partners. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and cross-functional partnerships-building the playbooks, processes, and analytical foundations that support growing our new Large Group Order product lines.

This role is ideal for someone who is energized by building from the ground up, comfortable operating with ambiguity, and excited to shape how two high-priority product lines grow.

You will report into the Manager, Strategy & Operations for DoorDash for Business and can work remotely or hybrid depending preference.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will...
  • Own GTM and onboarding strategy and operations: Define and execute the go-to-market approach for merchant and customer acquisition.
  • Build for Scale: Design onboarding playbooks, qualification frameworks, and operational processes that allow the team to grow efficiently-balancing speed today with infrastructure built for tomorrow.
  • Leverage AI & Automation: Use AI tools to query large datasets, automate workflows, and build dashboards that democratize insights-surfacing performance signals and identifying expansion opportunities at scale.
  • Influence the Product Roadmap: Serve as the voice of the customer by synthesizing field feedback and data signals into product and operational recommendations that improve the experience.
  • Measure What Matters: Define and track the KPIs that reflect our customer and merchant health and GTM effectiveness, building dashboards and reporting that keep stakeholders aligned and accountable.
We're excited about you because...
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in strategy & operations, management consulting, or a high-growth B2B or marketplace environment.
  • You have a track record of owning GTM initiatives end-to-end-from strategy through execution-and are comfortable building processes in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
  • You're analytically strong: you write SQL, work fluently with data, and know how to distill complexity into clear recommendations.
  • You demonstrate fluency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar) to automate workflows, surface insights, and drive faster, better decisions.
  • You communicate with clarity and influence-you can tailor your message for operators, sales teams, and senior leadership alike.
  • You have the willingness to roll up your sleeves and understand lowest level of detail
