Responsibilities:
  • Match skilled professionals with Advisory demand, throughout the opportunity to engagement lifecycle
  • Utilize Resource Management systems to provide efficient workforce staffing, analysis and insights
  • Maintain an understanding of Advisory concepts to align employee skillset to opportunity and engagement staffing needs
  • Adopt and apply AI-driven technologies to continuously improve workforce planning and talent matching accuracy
  • Act with integrity and professionalism to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of recent experience in resource management or Advisory within a professional services firm or similar environment is preferred
