Job Title: Senior Associate, Product and Component Engineering

Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off

Job Description: Our West Palm Beach, FL facility is home to the family of RL10 Upper-Stage Rocket Engines that have propelled missions to every planet in the solar system! This site is also the Hypersonics center of excellence which built the scramjet engine that powered the record-setting X-51A Waverider.

Essentail Functions:
  • After orientation and training,Senior Associate will perform entry-level engineering tasks on rocket propulsion projects.
  • Support senior engineering staff and gain experience and familiarization with company projects.
  • Must be able to operate effectively in a team environment.
  • Projects may focus on aspects of project or component engineering including assisting in the design and development of rocket propulsion hardware and providing technical support to engineers within such areas as systems interconnects or combustion devices.

Requirements:
  • To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field or have completed their master's degree within the past 12 months, regardless of age.
