JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Overview:

Join our Card Marketing team supporting the day-to-day execution of Chase’s Public Card Marketplace, a critical owned channel that drives digital account acquisition and revenue growth.

As a Card Marketing Senior Associate, you will support day-to-day marketing execution, performance reporting, and cross-functional coordination to improve the marketplace experience and outcomes. You will partner closely with Card Business Teams (e.g., Sapphire, Freedom, United) as well as Operations, Product, and Data & Analytics to help deliver initiatives from planning through launch and measurement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute day-to-day marketing activities for the Public Card Marketplace, including intake, timelines, stakeholder coordination, approvals, and launch readiness
  • Serve as a key point of coordination with Card Business Teams (e.g., Sapphire, Freedom, United) to help translate business priorities into marketplace enhancements and campaign needs
  • Partner with Operations, Product, and Content Authoring teams to deliver marketplace updates and enhancements (e.g., content and merchandising changes, and journey improvements), ensuring requirements are captured and progress is tracked
  • Partner with Data & Analytics to support performance reporting and weekly/monthly business routines by compiling results, surfacing trends, and helping translate data into clear takeaways
  • Prepare materials for working sessions and leadership updates; communicate status, risks, and dependencies clearly

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience (digital marketing, marketing operations, channel execution, or similar)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through; comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Effective cross-functional communication skills and ability to build relationships across business, operations, product, and analytics partners
  • Analytical comfort interpreting performance metrics and summarizing insights 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience supporting marketing execution within an owned digital channel (site, app, lifecycle, or similar)
  • Familiarity with creative and production workflows, QA processes, and stakeholder approval paths
  • Strong presentation skills and comfort building concise updates for stakeholders
