JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you ready to take your media expertise to the next level and make a real impact on a high growth business? The Integrated Media team will be the driving force behind dynamic and powerful paid media campaigns that will position the line of business as a true challenger in the marketplace. 

As a Senior Associate, Integrated Media Manager on the Paid Media team, you will collaborate closely with both internal and external media partners to develop and execute impactful strategies that engage audiences and drive business results. Working within a centralized, team-oriented environment, you will leverage your expertise, creativity, and analytical skills to make a meaningful contribution to your line of business and the broader media team. Your primary areas of focus will include channel planning, partnership building, and internal education.

Job responsibilities
•    Partner with internal paid media and external media agencies to build media strategies that deliver business impact and measure and report on performance across media channels
•    Ensure data driven marketing efforts are integrated into measurement plans for test and learn opportunities that deliver on marketing objectives and ladder into the broader enterprise learning agenda
•    Support VP managing multiple agency and LOB contacts in the planning and execution of paid media activity
•    Manage media budgets and internal tools to ensure operational controls and processes are compliant 
•    Maintain a strong focus on operational controls and efficiencies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
•    5+ years of paid media experience at either a media agency or in-house media team
•    Experience in the Financial services and/or highly regulated category 
•    History of working on high profile launches and stewarding the communication planning process and experience
•    Excellent relationship skills, highly collaborative; can build rapport and credibility, and can drive desired business outcomes
•    Ability to translate technical concepts into presentations that can be understood by non-technical individuals
•    Exceptional partnering skills required to navigate a large organization
•    Strong interpersonal skills
•    Solutions oriented: ability to problem solve and present data-driven solutions
•    Being comfortable with ambiguity and developing and action plan base on available information
