Full Job Description
As Senior Associate, FP&A, you will be at the center of how CLEAR plans, forecasts, and allocates resources. This is a builder's role: you will own our stakeholder relationships with senior leaders across CLEAR, modernize our forecasting infrastructure, and help supercharge our planning capabilities with AI. You will partner directly with business leaders across the company to give them real ownership of their P&Ls. This role reports to the VP, FP&A.

What you'll do:
  • Serve as the finance partner to senior leaders across Technology, Aviation, Member Care, Growth, Public Affairs, Legal, and People-building trusted relationships and becoming a go-to thought partner for their business
  • Build dynamic, detailed, and scalable financial models to support annual budgets, quarterly re-forecasts, and long-range planning
  • Manage opex and capex budgets in partnership with the business, and own department monthly budget vs. actuals processes with succinct, actionable commentary
  • Empower business leaders to actively own their P&Ls by building intuitive reporting, leading financial reviews, and translating numbers into decisions
  • Identify and clearly communicate key risks and opportunities across your business areas
  • Help drive cost savings and new growth initiatives by building detailed business cases to evaluate and support decision making
  • Support creation of Investor Relations, Board of Director, and Management Financial Review materials
  • Identify and champion improvements to our forecasting tools and processes, including opportunities to leverage AI and automation

How you'll measure success:
  • Strong relationships and regular ongoing dialogue with senior functional leaders across the business
  • Business leaders who feel equipped to own and manage their P&Ls-and who come to you proactively
  • Accuracy and timeliness of financial forecasting and reporting across your business areas
  • Meaningful contribution to reducing forecast and approval cycle times
  • Quality and clarity of materials prepared for senior leadership and the Board
  • Tangible improvements to forecasting processes and tools

What you're great at:
  • 5-7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a high-growth or publicly traded company, with a track record of owning forecasting and planning processes
  • Deep hands-on expertise with FP&A systems-NSPB, Hyperion, Anaplan, OneStream, or similar EPM/CPM platforms; experience leading a system implementation or major upgrade is a strong plus
  • Analytical horsepower, meaning you love building models and are equally comfortable translating complex financial data into clear, executive-ready narratives
  • A systems thinker: you spot process inefficiencies and have the instincts-and the follow-through-to fix them
  • A collaborative partner: you know that the best finance teams make the whole organization smarter, and you build trust with non-finance stakeholders naturally
  • Curious about and actively exploring how AI and automation can be applied to FP&A workflows
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical discipline

How You'll be Rewarded:

At CLEAR, we help YOU move forward - because when you're at your best, we're at our best. You'll work with talented team members motivated by our mission of making experiences safer and easier. Our offices are bright and energetic with an open concept and plenty of conference rooms and casual co-working spaces. We also offer catered lunches every day and have fully stocked kitchens.
