The Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate conducts in-depth financial analyses to support clients in evaluating acquisition and divestiture opportunities, collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams. This role involves preparing detailed reports, participating in client meetings, and leveraging financial tools to deliver insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Job Responsibilities- Executes financial due diligence analyses with moderate independence, including quality of earnings, normalized performance, and working capital considerations.
- Supports preparation of client deliverables, reports, and supporting analyses.
- Participates in client interactions, meetings, and information-gathering discussions.
- Collaborates with engagement team members and specialists to support integrated deal insights.
- Applies sound judgment to identify issues, trends, and risks relevant to transaction decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-6 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience performing financial due diligence, audit, or transaction-related analyses.
- Exposure to quality of earnings, working capital, or transaction modeling concepts.
- Progress toward CPA or equivalent professional certification.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize financial data into client-ready insights.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in client-facing environments.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $85,100 - $161,700
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
