KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Events Marketing, Boston to join our Clients & Markets organization.
Responsibilities:
• Implement targeted, end-to-end event marketing plans for regional events. Coordinate campaign timelines, manage audience segmentation with stakeholders, and monitor registration pacing to meet attendance and lead-generation goals
• Develop and deploy multi-channel promotional assets (e.g., email marketing journeys, digital invitations, organic/paid social copy, and landing pages). Coordinate with subject matter experts to align speaker briefs, presentation content, and event collateral with core marketing messaging and brand guidelines
• Provide on-site support for local events and serve as the primary marketing point of contact for events, coordinating with the Events & Meetings team to ensure the logistical execution aligns with the overall marketing goals
• Track, analyze, and report on key marketing performance indicators providing actionable insights to optimize future regional marketing programs
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
• Minimum three years' experience in event marketing or field marketing, with a focus on executing regional events and virtual webcasts
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing event-level budgets and tracking expenses. strong location-based event marketing management and on-site operational skills with experience in webcast production and virtual event platforms
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including strategy teams and local vendors
• Solid understanding of audience segmentation, buyer journey mapping, brand governance, and lead-nurturing strategies.
• Travel is required, must be willing to travel within a designated region to support in-market events
• Must be based in the designated geographic market to facilitate on-site event execution and seamless collaboration with local business stakeholders
