- Provide technical sales support for the mid-market segment as the subject-matter expert for sales partners, including client-facing components: demoing our expertise, answering technical client questions, and supporting scoping and feasibility conversations.
Scaling & innovation - "Productize" additional analytics solutions the practice can scale - defining the offering, delivery model, and supporting assets - taking analytics solutions from concept to repeatable offering.
- Identify and pilot improvements to how the Hub delivers across pay equity and workforce analytics, contributing to the Hub's broader innovation and efficiency agenda.
Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in pay equity, workforce analytics, rewards, or a closely related HR/people-analytics field.

- Demonstrated product / solution development experience - taking an analytics solution from concept to a repeatable, scalable deliverable.
- Track record of end-to-end client delivery, ideally including mid-market and/or staff augmentation models.
- Comfort partnering with data scientists and technical specialists, and translating their work into consultant- and client-ready deliverables.
