What You'll ContributeThe Senior Associate, Business Operations will support our day-to-day operational activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager of Business Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
What You'll Do- Support and execute various operational processes to ensure smooth business operations
- Use SQL and other analytical tools to analyze data, identify operational needs, and recommend process improvements
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to streamline workflow, increase productivity, and enhance operational efficiency
- Explore and apply automation and AI tools to improve workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational documentation, including process manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Assist in the identification and resolution of operational issues, and escalate as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate and prioritize tasks and projects
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations for management review

- Strong team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field
