Job Description:
Overview
As a Senior Art Director, you will lead the artistic vision and execution of innovative creative concepts, collaborating with the Art team to bring ideas to life from concept to completion. You will drive design excellence, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy, while mentoring junior team members. Through cross-functional partnerships and strategic thinking, you will align creative solutions with marketing objectives. By maintaining meticulous attention to detail and administrative excellence, you will uphold the highest standards of design quality and agency operations.

Responsibilities
Support the Creative team in developing effective advertising concepts from ideation to final projects, creating layouts that complement tone and style.
Analyze data, understand audience needs, and target designs to meet them, adhering to pharma, medical, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain quality control throughout campaign execution, approving proofs and ensuring conceptual execution.
Foster relationships with agency departments (Editorial, Account, Strategy, Project Management), communicating effectively and collaborating productively.
Understand marketing plans, objectives, and strategies, contributing innovative ideas aligned with client needs and audience targets.
Demonstrate attention to detail, organize daily responsibilities, complete administrative tasks accurately, and proactively seek growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
