- Extensive experience designing and architecting enterprise-scale customer relationship management and marketing technology ecosystems.
- Deep expertise with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud and Configure, Price, Quote solutions.
- Strong experience designing sophisticated marketing automation environments and supporting lead management strategies.
- Demonstrated success integrating event management platforms into broader revenue technology architectures.
- Proven ability to design secure, scalable integrations using APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise data modeling, governance, quality management, and system interoperability.
- Experience driving platform delivery standards, release governance, and modern DevOps practices.
- Ability to lead technical design discussions and influence decisions across multiple business and technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills with a talent for translating complex concepts into business-focused outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
Preferred Certifications- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Application/System Architect certifications
