You will utilize your extensive experience and understanding of lithium-ion cell technology and architecture, materials, and components to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and be accountable for aspects of customer information management.
What you''ll do:- Coordinate with internal cell R&D teams and cell manufacturing teams to create customer plans, track, and maintain cell specifications and roadmaps, release schedules, program milestones and deliverables, etc.
- Communicate technical customer information to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and deliver technical presentations to customers.
- Conducts internal meetings, calls, follow-ups and other communications with stakeholders and management throughout the business project development and implementation stages to ensure deliverables to customers.
- Provide timely responses and project reports to internal teams and customers.

- Application of scientific programming (e.g., Python) and statistical methods to analyze large datasets
- Possess outstanding communication skills both verbal and written form. These are vital because the position is cross-functional in nature and demands frequent interactions and deliberations with other departments, customers.
ONSITE: This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week to meet the minimum essential duties and requirements of this position. As an on-site R&D and manufacturing operations organization, in-person face to face interaction is essential to building authentic relationships, trust, teamwork, and collaboration.
Compensation & Benefits: Expected salary range for this role is from $103,100 to $157,300 and a final salary will be determined by the candidate's experience, educational background and internal equity. QuantumScape also offers an annual bonus and a generous RSU/Equity package as part of its compensation plan.
