Review customer specifications and project requirements to determine compliance, identify deviations, and define clear technical scopes.

Develop cost estimates, lead times, and technical/commercial proposals for municipal and industrial refurbishment projects.

Coordinate with internal engineering, sourcing, project management, and operations teams to support scope development, order entry, handoff, and execution.

Establish costs for major buyout items and support development of engineering bills of material and ERP order requirements.

Maintain accurate opportunity and project information in Salesforce and support active communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Report customer complaints, field issues, and warranty matters to appropriate internal teams.

Required Qualifications

Experience in application engineering, project engineering, aftermarket engineering, custom equipment, or refurbishment/retrofit solutions within industrial, water, or wastewater markets.

Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and customer requirements and translate them into practical engineered solutions.

Experience preparing technical proposals, estimates, and scope documentation.

Strong communication, collaboration, and customer-facing skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Ability to travel as needed for site visits, customer meetings, and project support.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ozone systems, disinfection systems, advanced oxidation, or related water treatment technologies.

Experience supporting refurbishment, retrofit, modernization, or aftermarket projects for installed equipment.

Knowledge of municipal and industrial water or wastewater treatment applications.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, Creo/ProE, ERP systems, and Salesforce.

Field experience performing equipment inspections, condition assessments, or technical site reviews.
