What You'll Do
- Lead HVAC system design for a variety of building projects
- Manage projects from planning and design through construction support
- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal project teams
- Prepare and oversee construction documents, specifications, and technical calculations
- Support project scheduling, coordination, budgeting, and quality control
- Mentor and coordinate Engineers, Designers, and BIM staff
- Participate in field observations, construction administration, and client meetings
- Assist with technical studies, code research, and system evaluations
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of HVAC engineering experience preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience leading healthcare, institutional, commercial, or industrial projects preferred
- Experience with Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment
