About the role
Join Cardamom Health as a Senior Application Advisor (Application Lead), supporting a major health system on the West Coast in a fully remote, full-time salaried position.
Serve as the primary analyst and application owner for the Epic Phoenix (Transplant) application.
Partner closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to support and optimize transplant workflows.
What you'll do
Provide business-as-usual (BAU) support, including incident resolution, ticket management, break/fix support, and ongoing application maintenance.
Lead application build, workflow optimization, configuration, and small enhancement requests.
Support Epic upgrades through integrated testing, regression testing, release planning, UAT, and go-live activities.
Serve as the primary point of contact and application owner for Epic Phoenix.
Help identify opportunities to improve workflows and optimize the application.
Participate in a day-call rotation supporting Pacific Time hours.
Qualifications
Epic Phoenix (Transplant) certification.
Experience serving as a primary analyst, application owner, application lead, or subject matter expert (SME).
Strong experience with production support, application build, and optimization.
Highly proactive and able to work independently while taking ownership of an application.
Comfortable partnering with clinical and operational stakeholders.
