Position OverviewThe
Senior Analytics Technical Expert serves as the lead analytics advisor responsible for enterprise analytics strategy, advanced reporting, business intelligence, and data-driven decision support.
Responsibilities- Lead executive analytics initiatives.
- Establish analytical frameworks and performance measures.
- Guide enterprise dashboard and reporting programs.
- Perform technical assessments and risk analysis.
- Mentor analytics teams.
- Deliver executive briefings and recommendations.
Required Skills and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, and strategic advisory services.
- Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Clearance RequirementsApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements. Ability to obtain Public Trust prior to hire and maintain during employment is required.
Work Location: Hybrid - USCG HQ (DHS St. Elizabeth's Campus in D.C.)

CompensationThe salary range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
