Position OverviewThe
RPA Developer designs, develops, and implements automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and business processes across the enterprise.
Responsibilities- Design and implement robotic process automation solutions.
- Analyze business processes for automation opportunities.
- Develop automation workflows and scripts.
- Support analytics dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Conduct testing and deployment activities.
- Maintain automation documentation and operational procedures.
Required Skills and Experience- Associate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4 years of relevant experience, or 3 years with a Bachelor's degree.
- CAP Essentials certification preferred.
- Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Clearance RequirementsApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements. Ability to obtain Public Trust prior to hire and maintain during employment is required.
Work Location: Hybrid - USCG HQ (DHS St. Elizabeth's Campus in D.C.)

CompensationThe salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
