Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in an Analytical Consultant-related occupation.
  • Position requires 8 years of experience in the following: Use media and financial analytics to pivot clients from tactical spending to long-term growth. Including but not limited to 3P Research (IDC, Statista, Gartner, eMarketer), Government Data (Census Bureau, BLS, etc), Client Financials, SEC Filings, Market Research Reports, Competitor Reports, and Internal Research & Estimates; Scale measurement (MMM and MTA) to validate the TV-to-Digital shift and prove ROI via incrementality; Build senior relationships to evangelize missed opportunities and communicate clear ROI; Identify business white space to capture unrealized growth through strategic recommendations; and Align Search, Display, and Video strategies with modern media valuation and performance goals.

The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $173,000 - $181000 60% bonus target equity benefits determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google .

Position reports to the Google office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.

Responsibilities
  • Provide data-driven consulting on client sales, marketing, and product strategy by translating complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Develop and own analytical models and customized tools, such as dashboards, to optimize client business operations and product effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and internal specialists to create compelling narratives, sales pitches, and go-to-market strategies that drive business growth. Build and manage strategic relationships with client and partner stakeholders, focusing specifically on data, analytics, and technical teams. Drive the design, implementation, and adoption of measurement solutions, attribution models, and data integration to demonstrate product value.
  • Advise senior leadership on sales strategy and partner with clients to develop data-informed joint business plans and measurement frameworks. Regional/International travel required at least 20% of the time to unanticipated worksites.
