Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience with online advertising (Search, Display, Video/CTV), offline advertising (TV, in person, etc.) website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), or brand analysis techniques.
- Experience with performance marketing experiments, return on investment/financial modeling, and statistical analyses.
- Experience working closely with key stakeholders, advising on marketing/business performance, and influencing decisions together with insights and measurement.
- Familiarity with brand and performance marketing and measurement solutions (e.g., MMM, Experiments, MTA, incrementality, etc).
- Ability to analyze datasets, identify actionable insights, and communicate findings via presentations or dashboards.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities - Manage a complex ecosystem of client relationships across agencies, brands, and internal functions to drive adoption of Google's measurement objectives.
- Partner with Google Sales teams to manage strategic relationships with clients through measurement and 'learning agendas' that improve business outcomes.
- Design and execute in-depth custom analyses and ad-effectiveness studies to quantify the impact of marketing strategies across platforms and media.
- Collaborate with Product and Research and Development teams to identify features for the next generation of Google's measurement tools, and educate the wider industry on Google's measurement strategy.
- Distill complex technical findings into actionable insights for audiences ranging from Data Scientists to C-suite executives.
