What you will enjoy doing*- You are expected to have the ability to perform analyses of trace metals in electronic gases and mixtures using ICP- MC techniques with a minimum of direction
- Perform routine maintenance or troubleshooting of ICP-MS instrumentation and sample preparation panels
- Develop new analytical methods for trace metals analysis of electronic gases
- You demonstrated the project management skills to complete analytical projects on time
- Ability to analyze test data using robust data analysis techniques
- Demonstrate safe laboratory skills in handling gases
- You will have a strong teamworking skills and the ability to work effectively with product development laboratory personnel and with cross functional engineering groups
- Clear and concise oral and written communication to support project updates and final reports
- You are expected to develop new analytical methods to maintain state of the art analytical capability to support Linde's electronic gas business
- And you will provide technical support for plant and customer problems and issues
- Provide technical training for less senior laboratory personnel
What makes you great - You have a bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field required, advanced degree is preferred
- You at least have a minimum of seven years' experience in an analytical laboratory or three years' experience with higher level degree
- Demonstrated experience with hands on ICP-MS samplepreparation, ICP-MS operation and trouble shooting
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and statistical software
