Job title: Senior Analyst, PSS Reporting and Analytics
Location: Cambridge, MA
About the Job
The Senior Analyst, PSS Reporting and Analytics is committed to operational excellence with reporting and analytics aligned to US Patient Support Services (PSS) and its objectives. S/he will be responsible for reporting and analytics execution leading to insight generation, as well as supporting daily operations across all therapeutic areas. This position will report to the Associate Director of PSS Reporting and Analytics and will be in Cambridge, MA.

Main Responsibilities
Support and lead the development and governance of data dashboards and reporting platforms.
Ensure consistency and accuracy across product dashboards.
Implement best practices for dashboard design and data visualization.
Evaluate non-platform reporting requests and assist in the efficient assignment and development of ad hoc reporting.
Conduct regular reviews of dashboards across the portfolio to ensure needs are being appropriately met.
Collaborate with digital to ensure data availability for reporting.
Analyze and interpret data, summarize results, and clearly communicate insights, implications, and recommendations regarding PSS performance.
Identify business problems and areas of opportunities and translate business needs into quantitative analyses that enable business to uncover patterns and insights.
Communicate with cross functional stakeholders to understand data content and business reporting needs.
Perform exploratory data analysis of PSS data sources to gain a deeper understanding of how that data will advise business decisions.
Key role in producing recurring reports to stakeholders and in supporting various reporting activities across SPC and Gen meds.
Day-to-day support for ad hoc reporting and analytics requests
Support for data quality; identifying issues and implementing corrections regularly.
Data stewarding across platforms
Discrepancy management for mastered data records
Develop and maintain dashboard communication and training materials.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
4+ years of experience in Biotech/Pharma industry or relevant reporting and analytics experience
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filtering)
Ability to synthesize data across various data sources.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with business intelligence tools such as PowerBI
Knowledge of relational databases and writing SQL queries
Understanding of master data management, data warehousing, and data governance
Experience with centralized patient services capability portfolio reporting.
Strong project management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

The salary range for this position is:
$100,500.00 - $145,166.66All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the .
