The team you will be a part of

The Product Delivery team plans and prepares manufacturing production schedules and departmental workflows to establish sequence and lead time of production operation to meet shipping dates. Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. Analyzes plant capacity and production requisition data to determine processes and resources; prepares production reports.

Products or development programs, to meet country/region specific requirements or trade partner requirements, that are delivered on time, cost and quality with the right product leadership. A cross functional learning organization that is committed to following KASDA's planning & launch process.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Applies knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements
  • Manages Global SKU goverance through the Global Product Approval (GPA) process
  • Manages cross-functional teams through the regional execution projects. Takes projects from a baseline product through final implementation (may be a regional execution)
  • Influences cross-functionally to ensure smooth transition of projects to business owners
  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, dependencies, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports based on project scope and objectives
  • te risks.
  • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis including management of project risks. Develops plans to mitigate risks and resolve issues
  • Manages tradeoffs to ensure optimal results are achieved
  • Works with Product Marketing Manager to define project scope and objectives for ML Projects.
  • For OEM projects, project leader develops derivative product specifications and test requirements to meet project objectives.
  • Facilitate E&T activities for OEM projects, insure readiness for tollgate events and present tollgates to leadership team.
  • Communicates with senior KASDA leadership, Project Director and/or Senior Project Manager regarding status of specific projects.
  • Development projects and/Products launched on cost, quality and time and meeting Product Leadership criteria


Minimum requirements

  • 5+ years of proven program and project management experience of increasing size and scope.
  • Bachelor's degree (Preference: Engineering)
  • Expert skill and knowledge in appropriate application area, subject matter, category, etc.
  • Ability to see the high-level overview of the organization and effectively negotiate and implement decisions and/or actions that support strategy, alignment, and innovation
  • Business acumen - excellent business judgement with ability to make the tough calls to ensure product leadership is delivered
  • Ability to capture opportunities to maximize business benefits and focuses on uncertain events in a positive manner.
  • Able to navigate complex situations and enable the team to think systemically to identify potential solutions.
  • Ability to adjust to a changing environment or situation and to adopt a flexible approach that shifts according to the situation
  • Clear and consistent ability to motivate teams of people, cross-functionally, to collaborate on achieving platform goals
