Title: Senior Analyst, Primary Health Care Knowledge Development and Application
Salary: $91,172 - $ 101,898- $123,351 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 8:00am-4pm Mon-Fri, flexible (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Alberni office, Metro Vancouver located on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil- Waututh Nations.

About the role

As a Senior Analyst, Primary Health Care, your role will support FNHA in telling the story of primary health care initiatives, including the First Nations-led Primary Health Care Initiative (FNPCI). This role is responsible for developing, designing, and implementing analytical products and creating information reports for the provincial Primary Health Care team, and key reports and knowledge development products in collaboration with regional teams and other departments within FNHA.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have;

Education & Occupational Certification, Experience

• An undergraduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution is required in a related field such as health policy, public policy, health systems management, political or social science or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (Masters preferred.)
• Significant, recent and relevant experience working in a primary care or primary health care setting or environment
• Significant, recent and relevant experience working in or with First Nations communities and leadership
• Significant, recent and relevant experience working in or with rural and remote communities

Skills/Experience

• Coordinates and compiles reporting aligned with internal and external reporting requirements, and maintains and addresses issues related tracking
• Extracts and presents complex datasets and analytical reports to community, management, and program experts
• Presents data and findings in a variety of means, including but not limited to charts, graphs, interactive dashboards, and written reports

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
