- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, and modeling
- Experience presenting analytical insights and recommendations to business stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or LTL operations
- Experience using Tableau, SQL, Athena, Edge Dynamic Pricing, or comparable pricing and business intelligence tools
- Experience supporting contract pricing, customer negotiations, or commercial strategy development
- Knowledge of pricing governance practices, discount structures, and approval processes
- Experience creating dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive-level presentations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving business environment

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Analyze customer portfolio profitability and develop pricing recommendations that support growth, revenue, and margin objectives
- Conduct detailed cost and revenue analyses using data from Sales, Pricing, Operations, and Linehaul teams
- Evaluate multiple pricing scenarios and provide recommendations based on financial and operational impacts
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools that provide visibility into pricing performance and compliance
- Apply pricing governance standards, discount policies, and Delegation of Authority requirements while maintaining accurate pricing documentation
- Draft, negotiate, and implement contractual pricing agreements in partnership with Sales and other business stakeholders
- Partner with Legal, Operations, and leadership teams to ensure pricing proposals are operationally feasible and aligned with business strategy
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, automation, reporting, and data management capabilities
- Provide analytical support, negotiation materials, and strategic insights for key business initiatives and customer opportunities
- Communicate pricing recommendations and business impacts to leaders and cross-functional partners
Senior Pricing Analysts are required to:- Exercise sound business judgment when developing pricing recommendations and evaluating exceptions
