Description Job Overview and ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes fare filing directives and determines the appropriate implementation approach maintaining high standards of accuracy, timely execution and communication with internal and external partners.
- Code and maintain complex published and private United Airlines/Joint Venture rules using ATPCO Fare Manager to support pricing strategies and distribution requirements.
- Analyze, validate and troubleshoot complex fare filings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper implementation.
- Provide guidance to the Pricing team on fare rule instructions.
- Proficiently utilize ATPCO tools, resources and industry applications.
- Skilled in testing and troubleshooting fare display, pricing and functionality within Global Distribution System (GDS) and online sales environments.
NOTE: This position provides a hybrid work arrangement including approximately 50% of the time spent onsite at our Chicago office location and 50% remotely.
QualificationsWhat's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):- Bachelors degree or equivalent airline experience
- 2+ years of experience coding ATPCO rule categories or 2+ years of airline pricing experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
