  • Support the quarterly forecast of the U.S. development pipeline by coordinating and consolidating regional inputs.
  • Evaluate which projects within the U.S. pipeline have significant development and commercial value.

  • Consolidate U.S. portfolio information into the Global Development Plan for monthly executive reporting and liquidity-planning purposes.
  • Develop ad hoc Development Plan scenarios to support leadership decisions.
  • Regularly review U.S. development pipeline data, monitor project movements, and support adherence to project-discontinuation governance.

Strategic analysis and business support

  • Conduct portfolio benchmarking to help evaluate competitiveness, working closely with Development, Acquisition & Divestment, and Power Marketing.
  • Support strategic initiatives involving market, technology, and product expansion.
  • Contribute to procurement-optimization initiatives in partnership with key U.S. teams.
  • Analyze large and complex data sets and translate the results into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Communicate portfolio trends, risks, opportunities, and performance considerations to business stakeholders and senior management.

Reporting, systems, and process improvement

  • Coordinate the monitoring and reporting of U.S. construction KPIs in collaboration with Construction, Project Controls, Finance, and FP&A.
  • Support the implementation and U.S. rollout of new reporting and portfolio-planning initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that streamline upstream portfolio reporting.
  • Promote standardized ways of working and help develop automated tools that improve portfolio transparency, reporting efficiency, and data quality.
  • Own, maintain, and enhance all Power BI dashboards related to the U.S. development pipeline.
  • Develop processes, procedures, and templates that enable teams to work more effectively and efficiently.

  • Strong Excel modeling and quantitative-analysis skills.
  • Ability to assess large, complex data sets and present the most important strategic conclusions clearly.
  • Strong business acumen and an understanding of financial and commercial modeling.
  • Understanding of the fundamentals and value drivers of the U.S. utility-scale onshore renewable-energy industry.
