Senior Analyst, Partner Revenue Operations
Location: United States - Indianapolis

About the Role
This is an opportunity for a sharp, execution-oriented individual to make a meaningful impact within Salesforce's Partner Revenue Operations organization. Our team sits at the intersection of business operations, systems, and strategy; supporting the infrastructure that powers how thousands of independent software vendors (ISVs) build, sell, and grow on the Salesforce platform.
The Senior Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert on our partner order management systems, pricing configurations, and deal workflows; owning business requirements, driving system enhancements, and ensuring operational integrity across the partner transaction lifecycle. You'll work closely with Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, and field-facing teams to translate complex business needs into scalable operational solutions.
This role offers real autonomy and access to leaders across various business groups within one of Salesforce's most cross-functional and high-visibility teams.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the operational SME on partner order management systems and quoting workflows; owning requirements review, user acceptance testing, and production sign-off for system enhancements.
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects including system and process improvements for ordering, approvals, and partner support.
  • Partner with Business Technology and Engineering teams to document business requirements and see enhancements through from scoping to deployment.
  • Support audit and compliance readiness, including participation in testing cycles that ensure financial controls remain intact.
  • Triage and resolve complex, escalated issues from partner-facing and internal teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, document decisions, and drive follow-through on action items.
  • Prepare project status updates and executive-ready summaries for team leaders.
  • Identify process gaps and design improvements that increase efficiency and scale across partner operations.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical/systems role - ideally in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong project management instincts: comfortable scoping work, tracking competing priorities, and driving cross-functional decisions to closure.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented - able to work through complex business logic, data mappings, and system requirements with precision.
  • Clear communicator who can translate technical and operational complexity into plain language for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative team player with high emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust across a wide range of stakeholders and personality types.
  • Self-starter who can operate with autonomy, surface risks proactively, and work with a sense of urgency.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar enterprise platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in channel sales, partner programs, or marketplace ecosystems is a plus.
