About the team: The Quality Assurance team is integral to the Last Mile Delivery Incident Management program, focusing on enhancing decision quality through risk-based monitoring, KPI tracking, and trend analysis. The team collaborates across functions to identify defects, strengthen controls, and implement scalable process and product improvements. Responsibilities include reviewing incident decisions for accuracy and policy adherence, delivering performance reports, and partnering with Product and Operations to drive corrective and preventive actions. This team's efforts ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence, supporting Walmart's commitment to effective and reliable delivery services.
What you'll do: - Design and organize project plans, timelines, and deliverables to support operational initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to analyze, implement, and recommend operational processes.
- Develop and manage project requests, resource allocation, and communicate status updates to key stakeholders.
- Identify root causes, propose data-driven solutions, and make recommendations to improve operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and enhance operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality.
- Implement scalable best practices and tracking mechanisms to support business growth.
- Provide expert guidance on operational strategies and support continuous improvement efforts.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
