We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Insurance Servicing team. The Senior Analyst handles the organizational and analytical support function for our Servicing team on Agency/ Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Loan Portfolios in accordance with departmental policy, procedures, and agency guidelines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the preparation of insurance processing documentation, lender placement, insurance data boarding quality control process function, and catastrophic coverage review.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Regular communication with internal and external clients related to insurance matters and assisting fellow team members as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining team workflow to ensure meeting departmental guidelines.
  • Review, verify, and enter specific property-related insurance risk information and related insurance coverage data into the servicing system, meeting company guidelines for data integrity.
  • Flood Tracking and handling LOMA/LOMR requests.
  • Assist in maintaining team workflow to ensure meeting departmental guidelines.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
  • Review Insurance certificates/ Acord forms for compliance independently.
  • Process Insurance waivers/ Exceptions with supporting documentation for non-compliant insurance issues.
  • Review Loan Documents, Appraisals, Property Condition Assessments, and other Third Party Reports to determine loan-specific insurance requirements.


Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • A Bachelor's degree in: Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or three (3) years of relevant work experience.
  • Loan Servicing experience is a plus.
  • Exhibit self-motivation whether working independently or in a group.
  • Strong understanding of loan documentation and agency guidelines for insurance.
  • Strong understanding of insurance documentation and terminology.
  • Understand company guidelines for data integrity.
  • Knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac servicing and insurance guidelines.
  • Clear knowledge of Commercial Insurance Coverage (Property & Liability).
  • Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office with an emphasis on Excel and Word.
  • Proficient understanding of insurance documentation and terminology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, accuracy with numbers, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and meet frequent deadlines.
  • Consistently produces work that is high quality.
  • Ability to present data in a professional manner.
