The Senior Analyst - Industrial Performance plays a key role in advancing the mission of the Industrial Performance team: driving industrial transformation by leveraging data-driven insights, maximizing operational efficiency, building agile and resilient organizations, and championing change to deliver quantifiable impact.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, autonomous, and highly analytical professional who thrives in a project-based, cross-functional environment. They bring advanced problem-solving capabilities, a strong bias for action, and the confidence to own initiatives end-to-end, from diagnosis through implementation. They are an effective cross-functional collaborator and stakeholder influencer, able to navigate complexity and translate ambiguity into clear, compelling narratives that drive measurable business impact. Key Accountabilities

Performance Analysis & Project Execution
• Support and lead analytical workstreams across cross-functional industrial projects, partnering with Managers and stakeholders to identify issues, opportunities, and performance improvement levers.
• Analyze operational, financial, and business performance data to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities related to cost, productivity, quality, service, and operational effectiveness.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into structured insights, business implications, and actionable recommendations.
• Define actionable plans and roadmaps to support implementation of change initiatives and performance improvement efforts.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, drive execution, and support successful implementation of initiatives.
• Proactively track progress against milestones, identify risks, and proactively support resolution of issues.
• Deliver high-quality outputs with a bias for action, navigating ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Reporting & Decision Support
• Strategically develop and evolve KPI reports, dashboards, and performance monitoring tools that drive visibility and informed decision-making across the industrial organization.
• Build and manage Power BI solutions, including data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, and reporting.
• Translate data into practical, decision-oriented insights that support project teams and leadership.
• Use advanced Excel capabilities to perform detailed analysis, scenario modeling, validation, and reporting.
• Support a data-driven culture by improving access to meaningful performance insights and enabling informed decision-making across the organization.

Executive Support & Strategic Communication
• Support executive leadership with strategic presentations, business reviews, documentation, and analyses as priorities shift from project work to urgent business needs.
• Prepare high-quality presentation materials for senior management with strong attention to structure, clarity, and visual storytelling.
• Distill large amounts of information into concise, leadership-ready messages and recommendations.

Compliance
• Ensure compliance with company data structures and reporting guidelines by driving accuracy, standardization, and consistency of data shared cross-functionally.

Safety
• Demonstrate safety leadership by adherence to workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Recognize and positively reinforce good safety behaviors while delivering immediate, specific and constructive feedback to employees who demonstrate unsafe work behavior.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-6+ years of relevant experience in analytics, operations, industrial performance, consulting, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Experience supporting project-based, cross-functional initiatives in complex business or industrial settings.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and collaborate effectively across functions.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, retail, luxury, or other complex cross-functional environments.
• Experience supporting transformation, continuous improvement, or change management initiatives.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $100,000 - $110,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
