Job SummaryThe Senior Analyst, Hospitality Asset Management provides the analytical and presentation support behind portfolio-level decision-making, combining financial modeling, market research, and business plan analysis to support effective asset utilization and investment decision making across the portfolio.
How you will contribute to our team:Financial Analysis & Asset Performance
- Builds and maintains financial models analyzing hotel performance, cash flow projections, return on investment, and partnership economics across the operating portfolio
- Prepares the underlying analysis for asset-level business plans and budgets, and owns the variance narrative and forecast updates each reporting cycle, flagging performance risk early
- Tracks key performance indicators against plan and prepares performance summaries for portfolio review
- Partners with the hotel operator, brand and property teams to assess financial performance, cost structure, and revenue-enhancing or cost-saving opportunities
- Conducts site visits to evaluate physical conditions and management effectiveness
- Supports investment decisions by providing data-driven analysis for acquisitions, renovations and repositioning strategies
Asset Delivery
- Provides financial analysis in support of the business plan during the renovation phase, including any proposed changes to project scope, spend, or timeline
- Monitors the property manager's execution against operator's opening responsibilities and reports on progress toward a strong opening
- Tracks opening-readiness milestones across budget, systems, and business plan handoff
Platform Operations
- Monitors hotel operations to ensure alignment with business plans
- Works with the operator to create and implement action plans that arise from the brand compliance/quality assurance inspections
- Works with the VP to create and implement ownership SOPs
- Assists with post-mortems following transactions, transitions, renovations, and go-to-market launches, incorporating findings into the playbook
- Partners with the VP to build repeatable processes around recurring FP&A and opening work, creating capacity to support further optimization of platform operations over time
Stakeholder Coordination
- Works with property managers, the hotel operator, and internal teams to implement asset management strategies
- Prepares lender and investor reporting materials in support of covenant compliance
- Tracks regulatory developments and industry trends affecting hospitality asset performance
Other
- Ensures compliance with all SOPs
- Maintains professional associations and industry networking; participates in professional or industry events as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, hospitality management, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in hospitality asset management, real estate finance, hotel operations, or investment analysis
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Advanced skill set with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Superior quantitative and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build, stress-test, and defend complex models independently.
- Requires professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor communication style to the audience.
- Demonstrated interest in process systemization and an aptitude for adopting structured, repeatable workflows, with room to grow into ownership of platform systems over time.

The typical base salary hiring range for this role is $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year, plus bonus program participation.
