Position SummaryThe Sr. Analyst, FP&A supports financial planning, forecasting, and performance management revenue within CVS Health's Pharmacy Services business. Reporting to the Manager, FP&A ,this role contributes to the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly close deliverables, with a focus on client-level and drug-level revenue analytics. The Sr. Analyst partners with Finance teammates and cross-functional groups to monitor revenue performance, explain variances, and deliver clear, data-driven insights that inform business decisions.
REQUIRED SKILLS: - 3 years of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills, ideally in a PBM, managed care, or health benefits environment
Preferred Qualifications- Understanding of pharmacy revenue drivers including volume, price, client mix, and utilization
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with large data sets; Tableau or similar visualization tool experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain multi-driver variances clearly
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare executive-ready reporting
- Collaborative work style with ability to partner across Finance and cross-functional teams
EducationBachelor's Degree; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute ( 4 years)

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $122,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
