Performance Hub is currently seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Performance Hub practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct analyses and produce high-quality outputs that adhere to regulatory requirements and organizational standards
  • Work flexibly in a centralized, high-performing team environment, providing robust support to both internal / external clients including coordinating with team members and stakeholders located in various geographic locations, utilizing virtual communication tools, and ensuring seamless project delivery
  • Support in the planning / execution of project tasks, including but not limited to, coordinating meetings, managing project requests, maintaining project deliverable schedules, communicating with relevant stakeholders, and reviewing deliverables for accuracy / proper formatting
  • Review data effectively across multiple systems and maintain personal compliance of operational / regulatory risk in support of the following capabilities: enhance due diligence, transaction monitoring, fraud investigations, grants management, validations, PMO, and controls testing
  • Handle multiple projects, prioritize competing tasks and help resolve project issues; actively contribute to the culture of the center by mentoring / coaching other team members, developing / generating SOPs, and developing training initiatives
  • Support project leaders in developing / implementing development plans, continuously develop / maintain expertise in policies and processes to ensure consistent competency / attainment of KPIs
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold Performance Hub's respectful and courteous work environment


Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of recent and relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Experience preferred within one of following areas: AML (Anti-Money Laundering), financial transactions monitoring, financial investigations, financial compliance, BSA (Bank Secrecy Act), fraud investigations, financial risk assessments, SARS (Suspicious Activity Reports)
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and more)
  • Strong understanding of business / technical competencies, organizational tools, and processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas quickly / effectively through written narratives and diagrams; adaptable / strong collaboration skills; demonstrated ability to work successfully in a target driven operational environment
