A career as a
senior financial planning analyst on the
Financial and Estate Planning team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in financial and estate planning support. In this role, you will have a meaningful impact on our wealth management business through your expertise in financial analysis, file coordination and information management.
Your role- Analyze financial and estate planning requests submitted by Investment Advisors to ensure completeness, quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate the collection, validation and follow-up of information required to support client planning files.
- Prepare financial data, documentation and supporting materials for the financial and estate planning expert team.
- Support administrative and operational activities, including customer relationship management system activities.
- Collaborate with advisors, planners, specialists and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless planning experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools and team practices.

Requirements- Hold a degree or diploma in Finance or a related field.
- Have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in financial planning, wealth management or a related field.
- Demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Hold, or be working toward, the CFP® or F.Pl. designation, considered an asset.
- Have paralegal training or related experience, considered an asset.
- Possess knowledge of wealth management practices and financial planning concepts.
Languages: English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
