WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will join the Finance Data Governance team within Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Future Capabilities, helping shape the standards, ownership models, and decision frameworks that strengthen Finance data across the enterprise. Reporting to the Director, Finance Data Governance and Data Quality, you will partner closely with Finance, Data, and Technology teams to drive alignment, accountability, and trusted data practices.

The ideal candidate is energized by improving data quality, consistency, transparency, and usability, and is motivated by creating scalable governance practices that enable better decision-making throughout Finance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance, Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, Business Analysis, or a related field
  • Experience with ERP and data or reporting platforms (e.g., SAP, Databricks)
  • Knowledge of financial data and processes (e.g., consolidation, forecasting, reporting, master data)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment (Finance, Data, and Technology teams) and manage competing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences


WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will support the execution of Finance Data Governance initiatives that help improve the quality, consistency, transparency, and usability of Finance data. You will partner across teams to document requirements, support governance processes, identify data-related risks and opportunities, and help drive adoption of governance standards and practices.

  • Partner with Finance, Data, and Technology teams to support governance initiatives across reporting data, master data, and business processes
  • Document business requirements, data definitions, standards, and governance processes that drive consistency across Finance capabilities
  • Support governance forums and stakeholder discussions, helping align teams around priorities, risks, and opportunities
  • Analyze data, processes, and reporting outputs to identify opportunities to improve data quality, transparency, and consistency
  • Support the implementation and adoption of governance standards, controls, and best practices across Finance
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and track data-related issues, partnering with stakeholders to drive resolution and continuous improvement
  • Translate business needs and data challenges into clear recommendations that enable better decision-making and stronger Finance outcomes
