Full Job Description
The Royal Caribbean Group has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Analyst, Finance & Business Analysis reporting to the Lead, Finance & Capital Management.

Position is onsite and based in Miami, FL

This position is responsible for conducting and coordinating a wide range of financial modeling, business analysis, and strategic planning activities as directed by Senior Management to support operational and capital allocation decision-making, with a primary focus on capital projects. The role supports the planning, forecasting, and reporting of capital investments, including development of detailed financial models, scenario analysis, and return assessments to evaluate project feasibility and strategic alignment. In addition, the position provides analytical insights that inform broader business strategy, resource prioritization, and long-term planning initiatives. Clear, concise, and effective communication of analytical findings and strategic recommendations to management and cross-functional operational teams is critical to success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to improve operating performance through rigorous information gathering, financial modeling, and quantitative analysis.
  • Support capital project budgeting and forecasting, including annual consolidation, and monthly tracking of project performance versus plan.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate operational initiatives, revenue and cost action plans, and investment alternatives.
  • Prepare and analyze project-level and consolidated P&L statements to assess financial performance, profitability, and key drivers.
  • Support the development and ongoing refinement of the Company's strategic plan by providing long-range financial modeling, scenario analysis, and capital allocation insights.
  • Partner with Operations and Corporate Planning to support capital budgeting, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze operating results using decision-relevant variables to support management actions and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Formulate efficient research plans for analyzing large and complex datasets to support operational and strategic objectives.
  • Develop clear and effective management reports using corporate financial systems, including dashboards and recurring performance reports.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as defined by senior management, including ad hoc financial analysis and executive-level presentations.
  • Complete all procedures in accordance with Company policies and controls, including SOX and other compliance requirements.


Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Four-year Bachelor's or equivalent (MBA preferred); or four to ten years related financial and business analysis experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of operational personnel. Strong PC skills are required.
  • Advanced analytical skills should include mathematical modeling; broad exposure to operations research, and statistics.
  • Advanced Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and MS Project strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to adopt and embrace emerging AI technologies to elevate FP&A processes, enhance financial analytics, and deliver innovative, data-driven insights that support strategic business decisions.
