We are hiring a Senior Analyst, Finance (Reporting) to join a highly collaborative team supporting Private Wealth. In this role, you’ll take the lead in pulling data from multiple databases, consolidating and analyzing results, and delivering clear, insightful reporting across branch, business, and HQ groups. This is a hands-on reporting role where expert-level Excel skills (including working with macro-enabled tools) and a strong MS Access background are essential, as these are your primary tools for managing and amalgamating data. You’ll work with existing reporting frameworks, enhancing, maintaining, and troubleshooting them, so being technically savvy and resourceful when resolving issues is key.
You will partner closely with the Finance side of the business and collaborate with the Controllership team, gaining broad exposure across stakeholders and functions. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical capabilities with a solid understanding of finance and enjoys working with data to support decision-making. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
