Responsibilities

What You'll Do

DSU/SISU Sales Performance Reporting

  • Deliver standardized recurring reporting for DSU and SISU sales performance, including call activity, contact rates, quote activity, applications, sales count, premium, conversion rates, productivity, and other agreed-upon KPIs.


  • Create consistent reporting views that allow leadership to monitor performance by team, campaign, lead source, agent, time period, and relevant operational segments.


  • Identify performance variances versus plan, trend, and expectations; summarize key drivers in a clear, action-oriented format.


Contact Center & Call Driver Analytics

  • Analyze call drivers, inbound and outbound activity, disposition outcomes, response patterns, and customer engagement trends to identify risks and opportunities.


  • Partner with DSU/SISU leaders to diagnose operational bottlenecks, follow-up gaps, workload patterns, and productivity opportunities.


  • Provide recurring and ad hoc analytics that connect call center activity to sales outcomes and conversion efficiency.


Campaign Performance & Lead-to-Sale Funnel Insights

  • Evaluate campaign performance across the lead-to-sale funnel, including lead volume, speed-to-contact, contactability, quote progression, conversion, sales, premium, and drop-off points.


  • Compare campaign and lead-source performance to highlight where DSU/SISU efforts are generating the strongest return and where intervention may be needed.


  • Develop insights and recommendations that support campaign optimization, prioritization, and sales follow-up strategies.


Dashboard Development & Data Visualization

  • Build, maintain, and enhance clear, actionable dashboards for DSU and SISU leadership using approved reporting and visualization tools.


  • Design dashboards that provide leadership with timely visibility into daily, weekly, monthly, and campaign-level performance.


  • Ensure reports and dashboards are intuitive, accurate, and focused on metrics that support operational decision-making.


Central Analytics Point of Contact

  • Serve as the central point of contact for DSU/SISU contact center analytics needs, including recurring reporting, ad hoc analysis, metric definitions, and performance deep dives.


  • Coordinate with Distribution Analytics, data engineering, marketing, sales operations, and channel leaders to align reporting logic and ensure consistent interpretation of results.


  • Translate stakeholder questions into structured analyses and communicate findings in a practical, business-ready manner.


Data Accuracy, Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Validate data sources, definitions, and calculations to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and credibility.


  • Document key metric definitions, reporting assumptions, and recurring dashboard logic for continuity and transparency.


  • Proactively recommend enhancements to DSU/SISU reporting, analytics processes, and data capture practices.


Position Success Criteria

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in sales performance analysis, contact center metrics, funnel analytics, trend analysis, and identifying actionable insights.


  • Ability to convert operational data into concise recommendations for DSU/SISU leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.


  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with advanced Excel capabilities.


  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.


  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to high standards of data integrity, consistency, and documentation.


  • Ability to manage recurring reporting routines while also supporting ad hoc business questions and emerging leadership priorities.

  • 3-7 years of data analytics, business analytics, sales analytics, actuarial, or related experience with a focus in insurance, contact center, or distribution analytics


  • Solid understanding of sales funnels, lead management, campaign measurement, distribution channels, and operational KPIs.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting contact center, telephone sales, distribution, sales operations, or performance management teams.


  • Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management platforms, call center reporting, sales funnel tracking, and campaign performance measurement.


  • Experience developing dashboards and recurring KPI reporting for leadership audiences.


  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple reporting cycles and stakeholder requests.


  • Background collaborating with marketing, sales, data engineering, operations, and analytics teams
