Opportunity Overview: CORTEK seeks a highly qualified
Senior Analyst to support
DOM OPS operations within the Department of the Army. This role requires deep knowledge of HQDA staff operations, Army modernization forums, and strategic-level analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior Army leadership through data-driven decision-making, strategic planning, and force development initiatives.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Provide strategic-level analysis and support for Army Senior Leader forums and modernization enterprise integration
- Develop and present products for briefings, working groups, and decision forums
- Coordinate with Army, Joint, and OSD staffs to produce high-level strategic documents
- Support programming data analysis for POM builds, SPAR, and senior leader briefings
- Assist DOM Hardware Divisions with analytical support for SPAR
- Contribute to budget justification documents, strategic communication plans, and leader smart books
- Conduct quality control of Director Leadership Reviews and Portfolio briefings
- Provide recommendations for briefing and presentation improvements
- Review and analyze AR2B issues and assist in preparing senior leaders for AR2B discussions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Force Development or related duties
- Experience at senior Army levels such as HQDA, MACOMs, or Army Service Component Commands
Preferred Skills & Expertise - Interdisciplinary knowledge of PPBE, DoD acquisition (DoDI 5000.2), and JCIDS
- Experience across DOTMLPF-P domains in fiscally constrained environments
- Familiarity with programming materiel and force structure requirements from HQDA to battalion level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
