Full Job Description
A career as a Senior Analyst, Digital Support within National Bank Independent Network (NBIN) means acting as a key partner between business, clients, and technology teams. In this role, you will support and enhance digital products and services by driving continuous improvement, gathering business requirements, analyzing trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve the client experience and operational efficiency.

Your role
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and support digital initiatives.
  • Analyse data and trends to provide insights and recommendations that support business decisions and product improvements.
  • Participate in product roadmap discussions and help identify opportunities to enhance products, services, and processes.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead requirements gathering sessions with business partners and clients.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, and vendors to investigate issues and support solution delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for digital products and services.
  • Create and maintain business requirements, procedures, and operational documentation.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

Prerequisites
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Solutions, Product Support, or a related role.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Product Management, or Digital Technologies are considered an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, navigate complex situations, and support key business decisions.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SQL, or similar tools, as well as experience in financial services or digital platforms, is considered an asset.
