As the Deployment Lead, AI Products, you will play a critical role in driving the successful deployment and adoption of enterprise AI tools across corporate functions, including IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, and Legal. In this role, youll partner with cross-functional teams to enable business transformation through AI, ensuring users are equipped, engaged, and positioned to realize measurable value. What youll do on a typical day 3 Lead end-to-end deployment of enterprise AI products, from readiness assessments and implementation planning through go-live, hypercare, and post-deployment support. 3 Partner with AI Product Management, IT, Security, Change Management, and business stakeholders to coordinate deployment activities and ensure successful delivery. 3 Develop and deliver training programs, user enablement materials, communications, and adoption strategies tailored to diverse business functions and user communities. 3 Drive organizational change management initiatives that promote user adoption, behavioral change, and sustained utilization of AI solutions. 3 Identify, engage, and support business champions and power users to strengthen deployment success and accelerate adoption across the enterprise. 3 Monitor and report on deployment performance metrics, including user adoption, utilization trends, business value realization, return on investment, and user feedback. 3 Support measurement and validation of business outcomes to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable operational and business impact. 3 Develop, maintain, and continuously improve deployment playbooks, implementation standards, templates, and best practices for enterprise AI rollouts. 3 Communicate AI concepts, deployment plans, and implementation impacts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 3 Facilitate deployment planning sessions, readiness reviews, stakeholder alignment meetings, and implementation checkpoints. 3 Manage multiple concurrent AI deployments in a matrixed global organization while proactively identifying, communicating, and mitigating delivery risks. 3 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve deployment processes, user experiences, and enterprise AI adoption strategies. What you need to succeed at GXO At a minimum, youll need 3 Bachelors degree in business, Information Systems, Technology, Change Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 3 4+ years of experience in deployment, implementation, technical project management, digital enablement, or a related field. 3 Experience deploying enterprise software, SaaS platforms, AI solutions, analytics tools, automation technologies, or other digital business applications. 3 Experience supporting organizational change management, user adoption, employee enablement, and technology rollout initiatives. 3 Strong project coordination, implementation planning, and deployment execution skills. 3 Ability to translate technical concepts into practical, user-focused guidance for diverse audiences. 3 Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across business and technology organizations. 3 Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences at all organizational levels. 3 Experience working within matrixed organizations supporting multiple cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities. 3 Intermediate understanding of artificial intelligence, generative AI, and enterprise AI use cases. 3 Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. 3 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high-quality delivery. 3 Willingness to travel on a limited basis (typically less than 10%). Itd be great if you also have 3 Experience supporting enterprise functions such as Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, or Legal. 3 Experience deploying AI, machine learning, generative AI, automation, or advanced analytics solutions at enterprise scale. 3 Familiarity with enterprise technology adoption frameworks, implementation methodologies, and deployment best practices. 3 Experience developing training programs, user guides, communications, and enablement content for large-scale technology implementations. 3 Knowledge of organizational change management methodologies and enterprise transformation initiatives. 3 Experience supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation programs. 3 Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, drive adoption, and lead change without direct authority. 3 Experience working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities, emerging technologies, and multiple concurrent initiatives. 3 Passion for leveraging AI to improve productivity, decision-making, employee experience, and business outcomes across the enterprise.
