Full Job Description
As a Senior Analyst, Business Process at Arc'teryx, you will play a meaningful role in how the business identifies, documents, and improves the processes that keep a global supply chain running. You will support process mapping and documentation, analyze data to surface gaps and inefficiencies, and prepare the materials that drive productive workshops, governance reviews, and change initiatives. Working closely with functional teams, you will help test and validate new processes before they go live. This is a role for someone who brings rigorous structured thinking and a continuous improvement mindset to how complex operations get designed and documented. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
