Overview

What does Zenith Analytics do?Working closely with both the Business Planning and Activation teams, Analytics designs the data strategy to tie our clients' marketing to real-world business goals. We then mine that data to optimize campaigns and tell the stories that bring our clients closer to their marketing, helping them understand if they're talking to the people they want, and if they're doing it the right way.

Senior Analysts form the foundation of the Analytics team. They pull and arrange data from a multitude of sources to feed business-improving insights, then build thoughtful presentations and reports that bring the story home to our clients. They work closely with their Manager to learn the most efficient and effective ways of wrangling with data and develop skills to become full-fledged story tellers.

Responsibilities

  • 2+ years of work experience in media or related field
  • Bachelor's degree. Degree in a related field is a plus (i.e. STEM, Economics, Marketing, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to both external and internal clients.
  • Experience with querying relational databases
  • Experience with tools (Ad Servers, Measurement Vendors, BI Software)
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital advertising, strategy and measurement
  • Advanced Excel skills (ability to work with macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables)
  • Ability to structure and manipulate large data sets to answer business questions.
  • Understanding of a broad range of online advertising media channels such as Search, Display Banners, Email, Contextual, and Social, as well as subject matter expertise in at least one of these areas

Qualifications

  • Experience with third party research partners such as DISQO, Dynata, GfK, Nielsen, and Comscore.
  • Experience with using or analyzing data from CDPs, DMPs, MMPs, and Search, Social, and DSP Platforms.

Compensation Range: USD $73,150.00 - USD $112,554.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
