Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and deploy multi-step agentic AI systems that reimagine and replace business workflows.
- Design agent pipelines leveraging tool-calling, memory, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and orchestration patterns tailored to workflow complexity and risk.
- Implement human-in-the-loop and escalation systems for high-risk or low-confidence AI outcomes.
- Integrate agentic systems with enterprise data sources, APIs, and third-party tools while meeting data governance and security requirements.
- Ensure data grounding, output quality, system reliability, and graceful failure in production environments.
- Select and manage GenAI frameworks, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and model versioning.
- Own the delivery cycle from rapid prototyping to pilot and scalable production deployment.
- Collaborate closely with process owners, domain experts, and governance teams to deliver trusted, usable solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 5+ years in software or related domains, including 2+ years in AI/ML, LLM, and agentic systems development.
- Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks for stateful, tool-driven execution.
- Hands-on experience deploying and operating LLM/agent workflows in production, with monitoring and evaluation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Foundry (including Azure AI Search), Databricks, or AWS equivalents in enterprise settings.
- Strong skills in data pipeline development, vector databases, and API development.
- Self-motivated learner with a practical, business-focused mindset.

- Experience with hybrid or on-prem cloud environments.
- Advanced knowledge of emerging GenAI models and frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to scale AI-native workflows across large organizations.
